Encore Dance Academy

The owner of Encore Dance Academy was frustrated with her website and was unable to make any changes herself. The picture (above) shows what Encore's website looked like before it was redone.

After analyzing the needs of the Academy and meeting with the owner, I created a new template and setup a content management system, WordPress.

The owner of Encore Dance Academy gained the ability to edit the site without having to buy an expensive editing program and without knowing html all while gaining a new look (below).

Virtual Assistant Revolution

The VA Revolution is a paid membership site I help administer. They use Amember for the membership software and Xoops for a content management system. They initially were not happy with the functions of the basic forum software included in Xoops. The owners then came to me to find a better way for the forum to operate. I switched out the forum to give members more features such as viewing new posts and topics they are interested in.

The Revolution forum gained more functions and more importantly, more members!

Original Website design

Five Star Leader

I was contracted to integrate a blog into Five Star Leader's, a very successful coaching company, existing website design. The owner had been using Blogger and one of their generic templates. I took her website design, put it in WordPress and on her server, and transferred all her blog entries over.

Five Start Leader gained a blog that fits seamlessly with their current Web site design.

Steelbender.com

Jason's Corner (shown above) is a part of Steelbender.com, a very popular guitarist's website. For several years, the owner used Netscape Composer to create each page of his rather large site.

I customized a template design for the look he wanted (shown above) and set up Joomla as his content management system. This site is still currently under development as the owner sorts through old content and transfers most of it over to the new system.

The owner of Steelbender.com gained control to create categories/more forums; increased ease of usability (users can find stuff on his site easier); a shopping cart/module for him to sell merchandise; and a gallery feature to allow video and audio downloads.

Your Winning Season

The owner of Your Winning Season, a successful coaching program, wanted a blog that blended with his great existing web design. I transferred the original design over and created 25 author accounts so graduates of this program can share their experiences.

Your Winning Season gained the ability to have program participants post on their blog.

Alliance for Virtual Businesses

The Alliance for Virtual Businesses is currently under development. This Web site is built on Joomla. I'm working on customizing a Joomla template to fit with the Alliance's vision. I am also setting up a paid membership program as well as a paid directory listing program. This site also has a store area with shopping cart that will handle file downloads as well as physical products that will ship.

The Alliance will gain a new, professional look; added paid membership features; added special industry directory; added shopping cart to handle product sales as well as downloads; and most importantly, the ability to manage a paid membership forum efficiently and effectively.
